I've tried many othet weight loss pills that I ordered online...just to be disappointed because not only did they not help curb my appetite, they constipated me after the first day and made me feel tired and less energetic. After the second day, I knew these pills were different. I have a normal bowel.movement every morning, I can go from breakfast until about 4 - 5:00 every evening without getting overly hungry. In my experience I could not take 2 pills a day otherwise I would not be able to sleep, so I only took 1 pill in the morning.
Week 1. I started with 200.4 lbs on feb 12th. Doing intermittent fasting 16/8, by day 4 I could push the intermittent to 18/6 and by the end of the week I was doing 20/4.
I lost 6lbs the first week. I was super motivated. Walked 1 hour a day and 30 min elliptical.
Week 2-3: same activity routine about 800 calories burnt. I stated a more serious Ketogenic diet (low carbs, high fat medium protein) I was loosing in between 4-5 lbs at the beginning but I hit plateau.
Week 4 I decided to push an OMAD (24 h fast) to burst the intermitent fasting and it worked!! I kept my keto diet and 1 pill a day and my routine activity.
Week 5-6 keep loosing 4-5 lbs a week.
In total 5 weeks I have lost 23lbs.
I ordered the pills Feb 3rd and they arrived Feb 11th. But I have already started doing intermittent fasting I started 12/12 x 2 days and then 16/8, low carb low fat diet, when the pill arrived I have already lost 10 lbs just by doing the intermittent fasting, but that was all water not fat.
The pill had helped me to easily do a longer fasting and to give me energy. I would totally recommend this pill.
CONS: shipping is super slow. Make sure you order your pills with enough time. I have no other side effects no swing moods no nothing!
