Where is my order?

When your order is shipped out, we send you an email with your tracking number. We ship orders out of our warehouse on business days, Monday to Friday.

No orders are shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. Orders before 12pm EST are shipped out the same day, and orders after 12pm EST are shipped out the next day.

If you receive a shipment notification but your tracking number isn't working yet, rest assured - it usually takes 24 hours for USPS to scan and update the package in the system. If you still need assistance, don't worry - we have received your ticket here and will reply as soon as possible.

Is PhenterPro safe to use if I have diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), thyroid or other medical concerns?

Can I cancel or change my order after I place it?

It’s a top priority for us to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible, so that you get them in the shortest amount of time. Therefore, orders are submitted to our warehouse for packing and shipping immediately, and we are unable to cancel orders or change order quantities after an order has been submitted.

We urge you to please review your orders for accuracy thoroughly before completing them, including your “ship to” address.

If you do need to return your order, we pay the return shipping and it's a hassle-free experience to make it as easy as possible for you.
