When your order is shipped out, we send you an email with your tracking number. We ship orders out of our warehouse in Georgia on business days, Monday to Friday.
No orders are shipped out on Saturday or Sunday. Orders before 12pm EST are shipped out the same day, and orders after 12pm EST are shipped out the next day.
If you receive a shipment notification but your tracking number isn't working yet, do not worry - it usually takes 24 hours for USPS to scan and update the package in the system. If you still need assistance, don't worry - we have received your ticket here and will reply as soon as possible.
Once your package has been shipped out, it is automatically assigned a tracking number and our system sends you an email with a link to track your shipment. You will also receive email updates as your shipment gets closer to delivery.
To keep up with demand, we process all orders as quickly as possible in a state-of-the-art shipping facility. As a result, orders are quickly processed and batched for shipping, so we are unable to cancel orders or change order quantities after they have been submitted.

Yes. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return your package within 30 days of your order date and you will receive a refund for all unopened and unused products, less $10.95 per item returned processing cost.
All items purchased and requesting a refund must be returned. Returned packages require authorization. To obtain authorization, please email us at email@example.com. We will then supply you with the details necessary for you to return your package.
Please note that we cannot process packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused". This 30 day guarantee does not apply to returning or repeat customers.
